Kelly Tractor, a provider of heavy-equipment sales, rentals, parts and maintenance services, decided to implement and integrate Microsoft Dynamics AX to address the problem of their aging software systems. The aging software had decreased employee productivity and slowed the company’s growth, so they turned to Microsoft Dynamics AX to optimize their business processes.

Prior to implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX, Kelly Tractor was using several old and rigid systems. Using over 20 legacy systems to manage their operations had become a labor-intensive task that was prone to data errors. Kelly Tractor employees lacked real-time insight into business processes, and managers had to wait for weekly or monthly reports to conduct planning activities. Additionally, employees had to manually enter data into several systems with no safeguards to prevent erroneous data.
