Lincolnshire, IL (March 24, 2008) – Junction Solutions, a leading provider of vertical industry focused enterprise software and services based on the Microsoft platform, today announced that Southeast Milk, Inc., the largest milk producer in Florida, has chosen JunctionF/B, food and beverage processing software built on Microsoft Dynamics AX, from Junction Solutions. JunctionF/B will replace Southeast Milk’s current collection of legacy systems in order to consolidate onto a single platform and accommodate for future growth.
In order to manage the production of 3 billion pounds of milk a year, Southeast Milk needed an enterprise software solution that would better position their business to manage the increase in regulatory control requirements, fluctuating market demand, and variable quality ingredients in order to continue producing quality products for consumers.
