Met performs with Epicor Retail SaaS

The Metropolitan Opera of New York City has selected the Epicor Retail Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to provide its shop with systemic infrastructure and software to help drive retail operations.

N/A (May 23, 2009) – To support a newly renovated retail store within the Metropolitan Opera House, the Met sought a robust retail solution that would easily integrate with existing technology and enable the retail team to run its operations as efficiently and effectively as possible. The Retail SaaS offering from the enterprise business software solutions provider Epicor leverages Microsoft .NET technology and delivers the company’s acclaimed Store, Merchandising, Audit and Operations Management, and CRM modules to address the store’s specific needs.
