Annual SCMLogistics Excellence Awards Honor Companies That Achieve Significant Success in Implementing Best-in-Class Supply Chain Management Strategies

ST. PAUL, Minn. (November 03, 2008) – Lawson Software (Nasdaq: LWSN) was named “Best Supply Chain Management Solutions Provider” among other recipients of the 4th annual SCMLogistics Excellence Awards. SCMLogistics unveiled the awards in Singapore during the 2008 SCMLogistics World conference in October. This is an annual gathering of global supply and logistics solutions, technology and service professionals.

The SCMLogistics Advisory Board judging committee included SCM thought leaders, practitioners and academics. Judges selected this year’s award recipients from hundreds of provider nominations showcasing success in implementing supply chain management strategies. Additional criteria considered for nominees included:

Functionality and ease of use of the provider’s solution

Performance of the solution as measured by customers

Innovations and new market initiatives put forth by providers
