Lawson Software Forms Channel Partnership with Encompass Solutions, Inc.

Partnership to focus on delivering Lawson enterprise software solutions for process manufacturing and distribution firms across North America

ST. PAUL, Minn. (April 15, 2009) – Lawson Software (Nasdaq: LWSN) today announced a new North American channel partnership with U.S.-based Encompass Solutions Inc. Encompass Solutions is an experienced professional services organization that provides a broad range of business solutions. Under this partnership, Encompass Solutions will focus on selling the Lawson M3 Enterprise Management System for mid- to large-size firms in process and general manufacturing, food and beverage production and the public sector in the U.S. and Canada.

Founded in 2001, Encompass is a professional services organization that deploys experienced and senior consultants who provide a thorough depth and breadth of expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and related business application systems.
