IQMS 2012 Half Year in Review Reveals Healthy Growth

First half of 2012 was focused on reinvestment in the company and R&D to further the company’s manufacturing ERP software and MES offerings

PASO ROBLES, Calif. (July 24, 2012) – IQMS, a manufacturing ERP software and MES developer with an ongoing, proactive commitment to its product and relationships, today announced its half year in review. With double digit revenue growth since this time last year, as well as partnerships with nearly 30 new customers and the continuation of an impressive employee recruiting program since January, IQMS continues its path of expansion and reinvestment in nearly every department.

An ongoing pattern of double digit revenue growth has allowed IQMS to reinvest in the company for stability and increased customer service. Over the past six months, IQMS has hired 20 new employees nearly department wide, with a focus on technical support and its rapidly growing MES division. Since January, IQMS has also launched a new website, secured adjacent land to its Paso Robles headquarters for future corporate campus growth and is on track to break ground on its second 30,000 square foot building in the fall.

In a continual pursuit of customer service excellence, in March IQMS released a new community-centric website, appropriately called MyIQMS. Featuring a virtual learning environment, development and support requests and a discussion forum that promotes crowd sourcing for best practice advice, MyIQMS is a central site for customer access to important information. Also with the customer in mind, later this year IQMS will host its User Group 2012 conference

In March, IQMS released the most recent version of its manufacturing ERP software solution, EnterpriseIQ. Offering more than 1,000 new reports and features, IQMS’ latest software version features a new mobile app store with Android applications for the tablet and smartphone, a comprehensive shipping management program certified by both UPS and FedEx and an automated Kanban-based load leveling (Heijunka) tool. IQMS also made strides in its MES offerings with the release of the shop floor control device, the RTStation. Designed with the factory floor operator in mind, the RTStation is a rugged IQMS user interface that delivers superior shop floor to ERP software communication in real time.

“Growth and reinvestment continues to trend upward at IQMS. In fact, June was our best month on record,” said Glenn Nowak, vice president at IQMS. “As feedback from our customers reinforces signs that the market is sustaining an economic turnaround, IQMS plans to continue developing state-of-the-art solutions based on customer feedback and delivering excellent support to our clients for mutual success.”
