IFS North America Achieves Unparalleled Levels of Customer Satisfaction and Trust

ITASCA, Ill. (June 13, 2012) – While various surveys of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software users report typical satisfaction levels in the area of 50 percent, IFS North America’s most recent customer survey reveals satisfaction levels in the middle to high 90th percentile.

According to the internally-administered study:

  • 96.4 percent are satisfied with IFS in all key areas including communications, products, services and customer support.
  • 95.9 percent rated IFS applications as meeting their business requirements and supporting their business processes, ease of use and providing required information easily.
  • 98.5 percent are satisfied with IFS customer support, including response times, competency of support staff, updates provided on support cases and solutions provided.
  • 98 percent are satisfied with IFS professional services, including knowledge levels of consultants, time to respond to service requests, and value provided.

According to IFS North America Vice President of the Established Accounts Team Bob Corrigan, customer satisfaction is a critical key performance indicator for the company.

“While it is important for us to grow the relationship with our established customer base by extending their usage of IFS Applications functionality, we see customer satisfaction as critical for retaining our current customers and for new customer acquisition as well,” Corrigan said. “Each new sale hinges on customer site visits and references. And our customers will vouch for the fact that we are always listening, always accessible and willing to work harder to meet their changing needs.”

“Getting closer to customers is a key element in our business model,” IFS North America President and CEO Cindy Jaudon said. “One way we get closer to customers is through our industry focus. We focus on very specific types of companies we can serve better than anyone else. If IFS Applications is not a good fit for you, we won’t sell it to you. We don’t want to take your money and have you move off the software in a year once you realize it is not a good fit for your business. We want you as a long-term customer. I think our customers recognize and appreciate our openness and honesty.”
