CDC Corporation Reports Record Software License Revenue for a First Quarter in 2007

Q1 2007 software license revenue up 61% over Q1 2006

ATLANTA, BEIJING (May 30, 2007) –

CDC Corporation (NASDAQ: CHINA), focused on enterprise software applications, mobile applications and online games, today announced software license revenues of US$14.2 million for the first quarter of 2007 which represents a 61 percent increase from the first quarter of 2006 when software license revenues amounted to US$8.8 million. This represents a record software license revenue result for the Company in a first quarter.

The results presented in this press release are preliminary and unaudited. The company is in the process of completing its regular quarterly financial statements closing and reporting process and adjustments to the estimates set forth in this press release may be identified as a result of this process.
